Awoke to a reasonable day in Box Hill and we had preordered our breakfast which was delivered to our room at 7:45.

Bussed to the station then by train to Southern Cross and on to Tullamarine.

We were flying 'Scoot' airlines and our plane was called 'Karma Scootra' which makes me suspect that their entire fleet has similarly named aircraft.

The crew were fantastic and very attentive and smiled and laughed a lot. They even had a special announcement for ice cream! A very nice flight of 7.5 hours to Singapore where we arrived at 6:45pm

Customs was fast and easy and we located the ground transport concierge where we got a sticker for the shuttle to the Changi Village Hotel which took about half an hour to reach. The temp was pleasant and not too hot although humid.

The hotel was nice although checkin did take a while. We also booked our shuttle back for the morning as our flight to Krabi was at 11:30

Sat in a nice outdoor restaurant and has a beer with a meatball dish together with a bowl of beans sprinkled with paprika which at first we tried to eat but after Lisa declared them "inedible"I found that you could suck out the contents and it wasn't too bad.
