Day 100. A lazy sunny day in Port Broughton on the Yorke Peninsular. We visited Raechel's sister Lynette and husband Colin for late morning tea, then Raechel's dear old Mum Sylvia in the Burunga Village. Day 99. We have completed The Big Loop! But not before Raechel purchased some beautiful Jade jewellery items from Cowell Jade, noted for its dark green and black nephrite Jade. Day 98. We drove north up the Tod Highway from Coffin Bay on the inland road to small grain town of Cummin. We then turned east through beautiful rolling hills of wheat, barley and lupin crops to descend to the coast at Tumby Bay, a pretty small coastal village with a long jetty, pub and Norfolk Island pines. Day 97. Today we are driving down to Port Lincoln on a day trip, about 30 minutes south of Coffin Bay. The weather is a beautiful calm sunny day of 22 degrees after a low of 5 degrees. First we drove up to Winter Hill Lookout for a panoramic view of Boston Bay and Port Lincoln. Day 96. A lovely drive from Streaky Bay down the Flinders Highway to Coffin Bay on the Eyre Peninsular. We stopped at the Elliston Bakery for morning tea, a tidy little coastal village. The freshly baked pastries were delicious. So may huge white sandhills and cliffs on the coast with green pastures of wheat, lupins, canola and sheep with new lambs inland.
