Ahhh, Interlaken; adventure sports capital of Switzerland. Or for us, the rain capital of Europe. We weren't planning on doing any canyoning or bungee jumping, but after talking to other people that did, we were kind of keen. The weather had other plans for us though. It rained 2 out of our 3 days here, meaning that we were left short on stuff to do. We also wanted to catch a train and cable car to the top of the alps, but because of the weather, the visibility was pretty much zero and it would've been a waste of money. The highlight in Interlaken was hiring a scooter and heading up into the alps. We saw a sweet cascade of waterfalls inside a mountain near Lauterbrunnen, and enjoyed a great panorama at Grindelwald (and a great rosti too).
