Well our grand adventure is now officially underway and was kicked off in style with 3 days in the New Forest with Di, Matt, Georgina, Harriet & Jan.

Despite the traditional British weather a good time was had by all, the new bbq was christened and all the systems in the van (including the heating!) were put to the test.

Di and Matt's new tent proved to be a challenge to erect and the stoney ground got the better of a good few tent pegs, 2 hours 10 mins later it was standing and we were ready for a drink! At least there's plenty of scope for improving the time!
