Day 3 Today was spent driving around Mornington, doing some shopping, stopping at a winery and checking out the scenery. Mornington Peninsula is SE of Melbourne and separated by a narrow body of water, called the Rip, which is the entrance to the harbour at Melbourne. Day 2 Katrina dragged us up at stupid o'clock, and we were packed up and on the road for 7.20am. Drove to Melbourne and spent a few hours checking out the city centre and it's buildings before heading on to Mornington Peninsula. Plan to stay here tomorrow as well and drive around a bit more.
