We have arrived in Sydney!!

Yesterday we had a lovely day. We went out for lunch in Bungendore, sat out in the sunshine and iced coffees with cream - we are addicted thanks to Tony!! On the way back we drove through Harrison!!! We stayed in last night eating pizza and watching Michael Jackson's This Is It, perfect end to a perfect week!

After an emotional goodbye this morning we got the Greyhound to Sydney. Our first impressions of the city were good although a lot busier than Canberra, far too much traffic! We dumped our bags at the hostel and headed to the harbour, we treated ourselves to an icecream and sat in the sun with a view of the bridge and the opera house, we couldn't believe we were here! We spent this afternoon/evening planning our stay in Sydney, we will probably be here just over a week. Hostel doesn't look too bad but it will take a bit of getting used to after all the home comforts in Canberra!
