Spent the morning looking at the sites around mount Isa. This included the Riversleigh fossil museum. The museum has some life size models of diprotidons, marsupial lions and giant kangaroos. Another day of dinosaur museums for the morning - at Kronosaurus Corner in Richmond. This one specialised in the marine reptiles from 100 million years ago. It was another worthwhile visit to see the actual fossils of Kronosaurs, ichysaurs and plesiosaurs all found around Richmond. Another drive saw us hitting the mining town of mount Isa.
