Woke at 7 15 am and packed kit ready for a day of maintenance on the Bibb Track. Set off on my mountain bike for my start point (Bibb track hut) but soon found the hills to steep. Welcome to my first blog! It is 9 pm on a Thursday night and I just finished counting about a million stars. Why so many? Well, I am about 75kms from Perth camping out near White Horse Hills - no city lights - just me and the stars. I am hoping to get an early start on my maintenance section of the Bibbulmun Track.
