What Is Happening??
Toledo provided us with the most adventorous of car driving experiences. Having figured that one of the girls should no longer drive after hitting two gutters and narrowly missing a moving car, a pedestrian and a parked car all within 300m, I hit the wheel yet again and strapped my passengers in for what was known as the 'Toledo Tour'. Unfortunately this tour only lasted 30 mins. We finally figured out that when you need to push your mirrors in to get through the street and still have somebody give you directions it is time to reverse and park. Imagine me with my melon out the window, reversing down a street barely big enough to fit fat albert down and all of the locals staring at me with an all familiar face that in Australia would translate to 'bloody tourists', still this was a great experience and a good laugh.
Toledo, full of little winding streets that caused us to be lost yet again, as well as some more amazing scenery and more cathedrals. Toledo has a special place as it was the first place in Spain that I could get anything close to a chicken schnitzel.
