Great news is that I got selected for SA MTB team (Sub Vet ladies) - so I will be heading off to France to take on the best at World Champs - very exciting - I'll send you a pic of me posing in the green and gold :) - MTBIKING IS THE BUSINESS!!

epic stuff people - keep the good times rolling!!

I had a nasty hiking accident in CT and had to be airlifted off the mountain at night. broke both my legs but fortunately no head or spine injuries. very lucky it just wasn't my time! 5 operations and six weeks later i'm doing well but either in bed or a wheelchair so following every entry you post. happy days - living vicariously through your blog.
