Jonathan and I left Perth to travel to Alice Springs today.

Got off the plane in Alice at 5pm and thought I was going to melt! and we thought Perth was hot..

Alice Springs is very remote.. We walked into the town and everything was deserted.. then again it was a Sunday and found out that the shops close at 3pm. Coles Supermarket was still open so we got all we needed there... Water and Sunscreen, as we are going on Mulga's 3 day trip to Ayers Rock tomorrow morning... And it's gonna be hot... 42 degrees!

Mark is flying back to Ireland today hoping there are no delays in Europe.
