Day 291, 21 April 2013, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Another massive drive today - we took off to Lake Geneva, but got turned around after a massive road accident that had the freeway blocked off. Decided on Milwaukee instead. Americans' generally don't believe us, but James and I were both educated as to all things American by watching Happy Days - set in Milwaukee. Who could forget the Fonz (ehhhhhhh), Richie Cunningham (of course played by Hollywood Director to be - Ron Howard) and the guy who ran the diner. Who's name I have actually forgotten. James here - the owners name was Arnold.)To everyone's surprise - not least of all mine - I can still sing the tune to Happy Days! Had a super late lunch / super early dinner at a local Greek diner in Milwaukee - 5 pm! Back to the condo in the sky around 7.30 pm and tested out the jacuzzi. Seemed to work perfectly, but better visit it every evening this week. Just to be sure.
