Day 85, 27 September 2012, Dress up day, Arcos de la Frontera - Not Sevilla. When we woke up at 8 am after the best night´s rest in almost three months, it was so dark we almost rolled over and went back to sleep. But having checked the time we thought we should check the status of the Sevilla adventure - departure slated for 10 am (hideously early start). One look out the window confirmed that not only was Sevilla postponed for the day, it may well have washed away in a Noah-esque flood by the time we reschedule. Lounging, walking, checking the sights, lunching and then... hmmm... could read a book, could give the Eric Clapton CD another whirl... ´lo and behold, Carmen opens a wardrobe door and brings out her flamenco dress - I get to model and James got to be high fashion photographer to the stars.... It all felt so right! This amused us for a good hour or so and took us conveniently through to nap time.... Having just woken up, it is time to go and feed the meter and ensure the car isn´t kidnapped by the local police and held for ransom... We have big plans for tomorrow, bad weather or no - off to see Los Caballeros - the world famous white dancing horses from Andalucia. Bring it on! Day trip to Jerez de la Frontera and the dancing horsies, here we come.
