Day 333, 2 June 2013, Hollywood, Los Angeles, California. Madam Tussaud's - No - we're actually not wax figure fiends - but when we booked the tour of the stars homes tour we could take it with or without a free ticket to the Wax Museum... for the same price. That was a bit of a no brainer, so after lazing about all morning we perambulated down Hollywood Boulevard and spent a couple of hours doing daft poses with fake people. All good fun (though glad the tickets were free - definitely not worth $28 each!) Being well travelled and yet creatures of habit, it was back to Raffallo's for a pizza to go and we sampled the best inexpensive wine since Spain - a $4 bottle of Californian Merlot, marked down to $2 from the local supermarket - all consumed in the comfort of our no-tell motel. Last of the big spenders living it up in Hollywood. We make economies wherever possible... going to Universal Studios tomorrow for the day and suspect that will cost a bob or two.
