Canada Eh !!! Thats all the Canadians ever say.We must admit was kinda nice to get away from the Mid west where they seem to be obsessed with Taxidermy and sticking a buffalo, cow or whatever they can get there hands on between two slices of bread. All a bit gross there's more meat than a Dymond barbeque ( i know we didn't think it was possible either). Well we spent 3 days in a small town outside Banff called Canmore, we actually stayed above a pub that was full of grungers and rockers so Rich really felt at home. We met a guy called Ed in his mid fifities who arrived on his Harley and ended up having a 5 hour sesh, had lots of interesting things to say about the Americans and the Brits. Rich tried to draw him and make him describe in detail who he preferred Brits or Americans, poor guy all got a bit sticky. He also expressed how he now hates Paul Mccartney due to him lobbying Seal Clubbing, all a bit odd. Anyway yesterday (25/7) we drove 600 miles to Vancouver and were really shocked as we haven't seen so many crack heads and ho's since Camden Palace, all pretty rough. We dived straight to the airport into a nice hotel (as all backpackers do i'm sure). Next we are heading to Vancouver Island hoping to see a few whales (and i'm not talking about Rich !!!)
