Well... Knew today wasn't going to be majorly interesting. Headed out at 11 to the hospital armed with my passport this time!! Go there and through to doctor, he said all was looking good, washer wound (only with water) and put on a stretchy waterproof plaster thing, this was cut from a big piece and they explained that I could do it from now on, wash and plaster every few days. This was perfect as I'm off to tioman soon, and I'm not too sure about its medical facilities!!
Wandered up to the Petronas towers and had a very nice calzone from a place near the base. I then went into the aquarium (sophie had expressed an interest earlier, and even though I was on my own, I still figured it'd give me something to do!). It was pretty cool, although some of the exhibits (displays?) were too small for the animals and that depressed me a but to see them going round and round in circles following the edges :-( but got better, had a huge tunnel under a massive tank with loads of big fish, sharks, rays, eels etc... In it which was very cool. Also at the end you walked through the birthing bit, and saw the eggs in various states of gestation which I've never seen before.
After that I was at a bit of a loose end, so walked back to the park and did the same as yesterday, bit of poi practice and a lot of reading!!
Noticed by the time I'd got there that the plaster had basically given up! Clearly not intended for long walks. It just about survived till I got back though, and I swapped it out for a new piece, knowing that it was basically just bus and boat from here on out so hopefully the next bit will survive a bit longer!
Guy from the hostel very helpfully took us to the bus station along the metro, very organised bus station, felt more like an airport than a bus station! Different bus to the Vietnamese ones, not fully reclined seats, but still comfy and lots of space, the bus wasn't very full either so I didn't have anyone next to me :-)
