Woke up at 4am as sophie had sorted out a sunrise tour of anchor wat, but driver was a no show, so luckily was able to go back to bed :-)
Actually woke up at 11am. Chilled for a bit, but got itchy feet and was desperate to do something, sophie was happy just chilling in the hostel. I headed out alone for a walk with my headphones in, really nice walk around Siem Reap, and finally bought a cap, I've been needing one for ages!!
Got back to the hostel hot an tired, so chilled reading a book for a while, then was going to go for a few drinks with Lena and some of her friends at 5:30ish, thought sophie was up for it so waited for her, and ended up falling asleep, when I woke up at 6, in realised me and sophie weren't quite on the same page!!!
Got very twitchy after basically wasting an entire day in the hostel, and organised travel to Bkk or the 26th, and actually organised a tuktuk I take us to the sunrise at AW tomorrow.
Sophie ready at 6:45, but needed food, so we sat on the roof bar so she could eat.
Headed out an met Lena and her 2 kiwi mates at her hostel. Then headed straight off to the circus. It was amazing, very disjointed story, they could've just left that bit out, but incredible acrobatics, the best bit was when they had a seesaw with 2 people jumping on it and the guy the other end going miles up.
After that headed out to pub street, and chilled in a not great bar (although it was cheap) for a while. Then headed off somewhere else, but sophie needed food again, so we went to a restaurant. When we got back to the bar there were no more seats available, chilled for a bit, but was kinda s***. We had to be up early anyway so left at 12ish.
