This week was our last week at the gym. We have now swam and ‘gymmed’ for a whole month every week day and are feeling very fit, although I am also feeling slightly cross as I only lost 1 kilo of fat and Vincent has put on 5 of muscle. The gym was a very friendly and cheap way to take up our time and has proven to do us a lot of good, we both have more energy and feel good for it.
