Yo.
Hopefully about to sort some pics out, but who knows if I'll get bored or not...
Anyway so yestarday in my final day in Hanoi I did absolutely nothing. Just dowloaded a load of stuff for my iPod (new music, podcasts, TV etc...) then got on the bus to Hue with quite a few people I knew.
Sleeper bus was nowhere near as good as in China. There were 13 beds and the rest seats. We were on the back seats which is just 5 beds all connected, unlike the seperate bunks in China. I had a couple of Essex girls on one side, another girl as the far end, and some fecking old smelly Vietnamese guy next to me...
So we get to Hue and I share a room with Michael at this nice, but cheap hostel. We meet up with a bloke called Justin and rent mopheads (thats how everyone in Vietnam travels...motorbikes are EVERYWHERE.)
Yeah, so I've never driven anything before but I get used to it fairly quickly (apart from starting the thing up...) and before you know it I'm cruising at 65km/h.
I'll cut a long story short by saying I nearly crashed about 7 times during the day, all which would have caused me to fly off the handlebars. Only 1 of them wasnt my fault.
Oh, and outside the hostel I accelerated my accident and crashed into another bike...But apart from those 'isolated incidents' it was fine.
Apart from the rain which blinded me...
Hue is OK. Doing a DMZ (demilitariased zone) tour tommorow and then heading to Hoi An the day after that.
