Hey everyone. Loads to fill you in on...
My last day in Macau was OK. I went to the casions on the night which are impressive places. I played on the slots and got from 100 yuan to 300 yuan at one point but then blew it all.
Went back to that bar to see Three Waves sing who were awesome again. Sat with Brian and one of the girls after and they introduced me to this English guy who works for a company who supply slot machines to all the casino's in Macau...big business. He was minted. So he buys us all drinks and I stumble in about 4:30am wrecked.
Left the next morning feeling rough on a bus to the border. Walked across the border (after been stopped for ten minutes by immigration - NO idea why! He just looked at my passport then took it to his boss who looked and they talked, then I was let go...). I had to find my bus across the border, which wasn't easy as there was some huge underground shopping centre.
Short version is an hour later, dripping in sweat, I find it. And out of the twenty or so getting on the bus, about 6 were ladyboys.
They offered me a tissue and I bdly wanted one to mop my brow but I had to decline...god only knows what they wanted in return. They were making a fuss of this Indian guy aswell.
So we get on the bus and I see the ladyboys are sitting at the front. I pray I'm sitting at the back.
Well we all know that wasn't going to f***ing happen was it. Seat 1. So they are behind me and pretending to argue over who gets to sit next to me. I'm like "Sorry, my bag is sitting there..." and thankfully some guy
(a real one) comes and sits next to me and I put my earphones in and thankfully hear nothing of them again
Guangzhou is OK. I went shopping and then to the park which is the biggest in China and just walked around and chilled out for a couple of hours.
Went out last night with an American guy called Chris, English guy called Paul, a Danish dude called Rasmus and the receptionist from the hostel called Emily/Wan Qi Wen. Good night, good pics. Hoping to get them up now.
Heading on a sleeper bus to Nanning tonight, and then I'll be in Vietnam on the 17th. Can't wait.
Hope its all good.
