Yo. Halfway to Laos.

ME and a couple I met were on the bus, with some locals. I say a bus...I mean a s***ty minivan which had to be push started. We kept stopping and starting and its a long hard journey. Stopped at Stung Treng which I've had a quick walk around and it's quite nice.

People were sitting on top of the bus and there were loads of fruit in the back and therefore lots of insects but it was fun...I guess.

Went for a few drinks last night (no nightlike in Kratie, just bars in guesthouses) and just sat chatting for a couple of hours.

Worried about the border - get overcharged on both sides and I'm not paying an extra $10 to these damned immigration officials.
