Hey people.

Good few days. Went out in Phnom Penh with a Canadian guy called Joey who I'm now in Siem Reap with, and 3 girls - Lizzy, a med student from England, and 2 dutch girls. Had a good night out.

Basically we were at the club and we kept going outside for drinks because it was cheaper. We ended up talking to this family and I held this little baby for a while - She was well cute.

So we're in the club and this girl comes up to Joey and starts talking to him. We assume she's a prostitute because...its Cambodia. But shes well into Joey and buys me a drink and I go to this bar with them because Joey is worried shes a prostitute and didnt want to be alone...

So I go, leaving the girls who seemed a bit pissed, assuming we were leaving them for bloody hookers!

The bar was filled with girls playing pool. So Joey is talking to this girl (who I become more and more convinced wasnt a prostitute, just a girl!) and I play pool with the locals.

I was sure some of them were hookers, and some (not sure whether they were or not) showed an interest in me. I found out that most were hookers when one of me, the older one AKA pimp, tells me "You can pick girl". I wasn't shocked but dissapointed. And no, I declined the offer.

So Joey and this girl are going but Joey is so worried shes a prostitute that he says nothings going to happen. I've already offended the poor lass (she WAS stunning btw) by tactfully saying that in the dark I thought she was a ladyboy.

So we relucatanly gives me a lift home with Joey and we are flying down the road ón the bike and I'm like "Slow down we don't have helmets" and Joey says "Yeah, and you've been drinking". My response was: "She's been drinking aswell!?!?" At this point we hit a massive pothole and the bike fully lifts off the ground. I only remember me swearing a lot and her slowing down.

So we get back and she drops Joey off first. She kisses him so he gets back on and I feel awkward so I obviously go home then. Then I find out the next day he turned her down. He still had that fear, I dunno why!!! She was so hot aswell. She said to him "Guys want to sleep with me all the time and I say no, now I want to sleep with you and YOU say no?!" Haha fun night.

We saw the girls in Siem Reap who tactfully asked Joey how his prostitute was...

So the next day was my chill out day. I spent all day with Josh who I met in Saigon watching films and playing on the PS2.

Then I'm in a bar waiting for Joey so we can have dinner and for some strange reason...no idea what, I get the munchies. In 1 hour I'd eaten 12 chocolate chip cookies, 1 12 inch pizza, 1 plate of chips, and a tube of pringles...Stomach was bad the next morning.

Me and Alex haven't been getting on...we argue over where to stay becaus he has a bit more cash and wants air con and I don't and a single with a fan costs the same as a double with air-con so I'm not saving any money. So we got to Siem Reap and went our seperate ways.

Saw the first of the wet season today when it started raining like mad and the wind was shocking.

Just hung out tonight - Got to get up at 5am to go see the temples of Angkor.

I've just discovered (by the fact I have a mosquito net in my room) that I should be taking malaria medication...ah well.

My dorm is a wooden shack with matresses on the floor and next to the noisy rooftop bar. But it costs $1 a night!! Thats 50p. Awesome.
