we headed into the city on the bus toda to see the rest of Sydney's sights. We got off at Hyde Park and walked to the bottom end of Darling Harbour and went to Paddy's Market, it was huge, so many stalls but many of them selling the same things!
After a long look around both Paddy's and Market City we stopped for lunch before walking to the main area of Darling Harbour - it is full of nice bars and restaurants, a really nice area. Outside the Maritime Museum, in the harbour, they had loads of war boats and even a submarine!
We walked over the bridge to the other side and along the harbour towards the Rocks and Harbour Bridge. It was quite a walk but it was nice seeing the bridge and Opera House from the other direction.
The Rocks are beautiful, it was like walking around an English country village but in the middle of a city! The buildings were all so old but beautiful. Whilst walking round it is so easy to forget you're actually in the middle of a huge, busy city. Such a lovely area. After a long and relaxing look around the area we got the bus home.
