Hi Everyone,

Well after months of planning we've finally arrived in Delhi and we love it! We slept most of yesterday as we were so tired (see video diary and excuse how rough Nic looks!)

Today we rickshawed into Connaught Place and met Gopal (our tour leader for the next three weeks) He then took us on a tour around New Delhi to see parliament buildings and India gate, which was amazing. We then went to Old Delhi and visited the Red Fort and Ghandi's tomb. Where Caroline was accosted by 20 Indian women who wanted their picture taken with her. They were mesmorised by how pale she was and kept pointing to their own skin and then Caroline's and saying to Nic 'black,white!!'. Needless to say Caroline is devastated-now you understand why she has brought her fake tan!!! - see picture

We now have a plan sorted for the next three weeks and we leave for Amirtsar tomorrow morning to see the Golden temple.

Just been for a yummy curry - probably not the best move as we have an eight hour car journey tomorrow!

So far everything has been great, miss you all
