Arrived in the Blue Mountains and weather was awful - drizzle and really low cloud so couldn't see a thing - walked all the way from our hostel to Echo Point to see the 3 sisters but they were completely covered by cloud!! We arrived in Canberra after travelling on an overnight bus with the world's most dodgy driver!! We were sure he was drunk! Made it in one piece in the end though after a 9 hour journey. Everyone we spoke to about Canberra asked us why on earth we were going there!! Said it was boring! Thought we would give it a look - as its the capital and all! Arrived in the Cameron highlands Friday afternoon. Got put in a really nice apartment - there's 2 massive lounges complete with tvs and dvd players and a big stereo.
