I'm only here for a couple of days , i had to connect on my way back to Bangkok . Apart from melt in the heat i've had a walk around the old part of dubai , where you'd think you were in a completely different world . With no high rise or glass fronted modern buildings . Also been around the gold and spice souks , it's a wonder anyone makes any money . Everyone seems to be selling the same thing . Finished the time off with a bit of relaxing on the beach watching the sun go down . I'm having an early one tonight , got an early morning flight to bangkok tomorrow .
