Hey there i'm writing this feeling very fragile been on a bit of a bender ( not the vasaline kind ) the last few days . Thanks for your birthday messages . It went well out here , spent it on bottle beach on koh phangan , with a bonfire and fireworks , the guesthouse even made me a birthday cake and everyone on the beach sang happy birthday to me .

We carried on the party last night as well and went to the half moon party ( a rave in the jungle ) , we left at 7 this morning with it still going strong . It's a good job the red bull out here is so strong , a couple of bottles and your literally buzzing of yer t*** all night long !!

Not to sure if i'll make it back for the marathon i'm finding it a bit of an effort to walk 20 feet to the sea , let alone 20 odd miles round nottingham . Hope your all keeping well back there , sorry for upsetting you Mr Rix , i'll try and reply next time . I'm gonna have to go cause i'm starting to feel a bit funny , i think the red bull's strarting to wear off .
