ok, first of all i would like to apolgise for my very despressing last entry. i was not having a good week...as you could quite clearly tell, but one bad week out of 5 amazing months isnt bad!! so i am now 2 weeks into my picking which means i have only 10 more to do...which sounds much more feasible now i have started it.

i was tomato packing on friday which is much easier...as you can imagine and the money is much better but that was only for one day. i spoke to the work mamanger and he said that should probably get work by monday...and if i dont i am off up north to airlie beach as their season starts pretty soon. it will be a bit hotter but there are a lot of packing jobs up there...muchos better than bloody picking the god damn fruit....i have a new found respect for fruit.....esp as it takes such hard work to get fom the plant to the shop where they sell it at highly inflated prices.

i am not sure i told you but i got thrown out of my last hostel...i wasnt drinking, smoking, anything bad but i let ali and donna leave their bags in my room whilst we went out for the day as the bus wasnt until 5pm at night....so i got chucked out after paying a weeks rent....$160 and no bloody refund either....the owner is such an idiot. it was quite funny though as donna gave him a peice of her mind....it was funny!!!! well not at the time but looking back it was!

clodagh, an irish girl i met here has left to go to bowen (thats where i am headed) left last night so wehad a few drinks...started at 5pm with the happy hour!!! $6 for a jug of beer....yes, i am now a fully fledged beer drinker much to my waistline's dissapointment but my pocket's relief!!

ok, i think i told you everyhting about my boring life out here.....not much happens in the happening town of bundaberg....famous for its horrible rum....ferrel people and lack of anything exciting to do. byeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
