Today we spent all day driving headed towards Carlsbad. We slept most of the way and when we arrived headed to wal mart for food. We bought more vodka (surprise surprise) and we decided to buy a net book to help us with backing up photos as finding Internet cafes is a pain. Hopefully we will be able to skype when the time zones are a bit better in New Zealand.

We tried to put up the tents in a very windy dusty desert campsite. We ate tea and stayed up drinking quite late with Aussie Ash and Maria from Wales telling funny stories from home but waking the others up as we were laughing so loud(sorry guys).
