We woke up really early when Naomi was banging on our door asking if we had seem her purse with her passport and money in( oh dear not again) we said we hadn't and she went off to ring the Australian embassy to see what she could do to get a replacement passport. We went out still drunk at 9am and ate Wendy's burgers for breakfast. We walked the whole strip until about 3pm and saw all the hotels, the lions in the MGM grand, the Paris themed hotel, the Venetian hotel complete with river and gondolas(crazy) the flamingos at the very pink themed flamingo hotel, caesars palace, all of them!

We got back to the hotel and went for a swim in the pool and Ash told Becky off for staring open mouthed when she spotted the 'Thunder from down under' boys sunning themselves by the pool. For those that don't know they are like the chippendales and do a show at our hotel.

We saw various members of our group and we were all pretty rough but we were so relieved when Naomi came to tell us the taxi firm had found her purse in the back of the cab. We went back to the room and had a sleep and got ready for another night out.

We all met in our room and had some pre drinks and a giggle looking at the photos and videos of the previous night. It turned out that Aussie Ash ran out of money and had to walk back from the strip club a pretty far distance and he found his way by following the big light that shines from the Luxor hotel! Becky and Maria also remember being firemans lifted over a wall by a massive 50 year old bloke and speaking to some English people who didn't believe we were on a cross country trip and kept calling Becky Scottish.

We headed out to watch the volcano erupt at the Mirage hotel which was excellent fun and watch the pirate show at the Treasure Island hotel which was pretty crap and very sexual, a bit sick seeing as how many kids were watching it.

As you can drink on the streets in Vegas and take drinks from place to place Becky and Maria had a big bottle of vodka and coke and the two Ash's had a big bottle if whiskey and coke - So classy. We had so much fun watching Aussie Ash limp like a pimp down the strip due to a hip injury he got doing the Grand Canyon hike and Maria kept telling people she was Charlotte Church! We gambled for quite a long time in the Paris hotel casino and our Ash won $200 and Maria won and then lost about $300. By about 3am we were crashing but Aussie Ash was glued to the Texas Holden poker table so we left him there and headed back.

Maria went back to our hotel and Ash and Becky went to have a look at the Luxor hotel next door. We finally got to sleep about 4am.
