We flew from Reno to LA to Amsterdam and finally to Venice. We were pleased when we checked in that we could check our bags all the way through to Venice. It was a very easy end of the cruise. We disembarked at leisure, walked to the parking garage with our bags and drove home. There was no snow this time!

We had planned on driving down the morning of the cruise but mother nature had different ideas. A large snowstorm was about to hit the Sierras so we decided to leave a day early.
