We woke up early in the morning after a good nights sleep on our big bed and Egyptian cotton sheets. We opened the curtains to see a perfect scene of the beach and the sea. The day looked good so we got up and headed for breakfast. The breakfast was the same as the day before and we ate well before coming down to find it was spitting a little.

We went to our room and did a little research on the Amazon and booked a hostel in Recife. It had now cleared up so we went outside onto our cabana.

We chilled there, sunbathed, used the pool and had some drinks. We ordered some lunch and cocktails in the cabana. I had some calamari that was ok, while shivani had the Salmon wrap, without salmon that eventually came out ok. We spent the rest of the afternoon reading before going down to the spa at around 5pm.

We wanted to use the jacuzzi but actually found it was just a cold pool. We decided to use the sauna and steam room instead and took a few trips between the rooms and the cold plunge pool. After we went back to the room where we had showers and got ready for dinner.

When we came out for dinner it was dark but there was a full moon that night that looked spectacular. We tried to take some pictures but none of them did any justice. We then went to the bar for a predinner cocktail. We drank them and gazed at the moon, stars and sea. It was a very nice scene.

While we were having our drinks Shivani spoke to one of the girls to sort out her dinner. She wanted to adapt one of the traditional cataplanas to be vegi. The girl, said she would sort it out. So after we finished our drinks we headed down for dinner.

When we came in no one spoke to us and after a few minutes they brought out some food. It was not what we had asked for and it was a portion for two too. We started eating it anyway but it was not that good. I called the waiter over to get some wine but they didn't have the one I wanted and by the time they brought the other we had almost finished our food. Drinking from the glass shivani noticed a crack too. Things had not gone well and Jade came over to apologise. We were not happy but had a chocolate fondue and finished our wine.

We then thought it best just to head to bed and got a couple of DVDs to watch. When we got back to the room I put on runaway jury. Shivani almost immediately fell asleep while I watched the movie. I started feeling tired too so switched the movie off half way and went to sleep.
