Had a really good sleep, room very quiet especially for a 10 bed. Got up at 9 30 and went to breakfast, included in price, fab! Got some cornflakes and toast, so hard to get over here so really enjoyed it. Came back to room and got up slowly. Headed off alone to the lion monument via the lake. Lake really cloudy could barely see it but worth a look. Lion monument of a dying lion so quite sad but very good. Decided my interest in geology wasn't great enough to warrant paying for the glacier gardens so headed back into town. Looked in some of the souvenir shops and at some of the pretty buildings, especially those with paintings on. Also went into C&A and H&M, impossible to pass them! Walked back slowly picking up some lunch on the way and came back to the hostel mid afternoon. Very tiring day so had a little snooze. Woke up about 6 and went for dinner with Alicia. Same restaurant as yesterday, got steak today tho as had francs to use up. Was very tasty again. Came back to hostel and chatted to roommates and used the net. Off to bed about 11.
