Got up early as heading to theme park. Had brekkie and got to the train station only to be told that the park was closed. Most disappointing! Weren't really sure what to do as I've been cultured out and seen the sights of Madrid. Arth however fancied seeing them so a day of separate ways was decided on. Arth set off Rough Guide in hand as I promptly got back into bed as hadn't slept well. Slept til midday and got up to have a wander about the local area. Looked in the shops and got some lunch. Used the net and went back to the hostel for a read. Arth was back at the hostel so had a chat before he passed out. Went out about 8 to get some dinner, found a pizza/pasta/salad buffet restaurant which was good, and cheap. Came back to the hostel and was very boring and settled into bed with book. Arth popped out for a walk before we went to sleep.
