Went on Fat Tire Bike Tour Berlin today with Adelena. yet another really great guide - Enda (very good looking think I might have paid extra attention!) Saw all the main sights, Brandenburg Gate, Checkpoint Charlie, Jewish Memorial, Museum Island, Reichstag (parliment building) etc. All this in the pouring rain, got soaked to the skin. stopped for lunch at beer garden (sat inside however!) Had very little sleep thanks to noisy room mates so early start very difficult. Ended up waking Mal and Phil as still sleeping at 7 30! Has earned me the nickname of Mum after being their chaperone and alarm clock. All made it onto the bus in the nick of time.
