We left Beauly bright and early to make our way to Edinburgh. Our first stop was at Fort William, we thought that there was a fort...well, there was but it got destroyed. We then moved on to Stirling Castle. The roads were windy and we didn't move very fast. After lunch and seeing the castle, we dropped the car off at the airport and got to our accommodation. We stayed in central Edinburgh, surrounded by shopping, heaps of pubs and a view of the castle. So guess what was for dinner? Yup, another pub meal...not many other choices in the UK! Glad that the driving was over, the scenery was nice but it was tiring and we covered a lot of ground.
