Yesterday was out last day in Vegas. A morning at the outlets, swim in the pool and Pizza at Grimaldi's ended our wonderful Las Vegas stay. Today we left bright and early to start our 8 hr journey to Yosemite for the next leg of our trip. Chunky was awesome getting us here safely and it was well worth the drive. Tenaya Lodge is lovely and we are surrounded by big beautiful pines. As we arrived late in the afternoon, we had a quick swim ( the weather a pleasant 28 degrees - a great change from the 40+ temperatures we have experienced the last week), explored the resort and had a fantastic dinner. Charlotte described it as amazing ( minus the veggies). Everyone is a bit tired tonight so it's off to bed before we start exploring tomorrow.
