Mom and Dad arrived in leduc and checked into the hotel. Dad wanted to get home before dark so he took mom to the airport and headed home. I arrived in Edmonton and there was mom standing waiting for me. We headed back to the hotel and settled in and guess what..... we packed and unpacked our packs!!!! Settled into bed and a couple of random giggles and a whole lot of OMG what are we doing moments!!!
All checked in at the Edmonton airport and carrying our packs around and wow they already feel heavy..... Trouble... Already thinking of things I don't need!!! We have a long day ahead of us.... Fly to Montreal then Paris and then train to St Jean Pied de Port..... Momma is worried I might throw her from the train by the end of this very long day!! Will keep u updated on that!!

Jennifer B I am thinking of you. This will be ME in 6 weeks (and I am still recovering from a badly sprained ankle). You are both going to do well. I am curious about the first leg of the journey. We are considering not starting there now - and beginning at Ronsevelles instead. You are a delight and I am loving your writing style. JB

Lavinia Hi to Both: On your way ! To be with you in spirit Dorothy and I walked the five blocks to St. Basil's in TO yesterday: Mass, lighting candles.the whole chebang! Back to the Chelsea Inn for lunch and a few drops of fortifying Rioja wine. Buen Viaje!
