I was picked up from JfK airport by the Go Air Link NYC bus and taken to Grand Central Terminal (incorrectly often known as Grand Central Station) where i planned to get a taxi to the Warwick New York Hotel where i'll be staying for the next 5 days. It was a pretty mundane journy until we drove over a hill heading towards Midtown and i was faced with what seemed, the very familiar manhatten skyline. This accompanied with my first sighting of a yellow cab and yellow school bus i was pretty damn excited!

I arrived at my hotel after about a 14 hour door to door journey. A remarkably stressless journy it was too! I was hugely impressed with my hotel room. Massive double bed, beautiful bathroom and posh furniture. All very me! After some lazy room service at vast expensive and some 15 hours sleep (i had just come off nights after all) i had some brecky and ventured out in to the big city!
