We spent the day looking around New Orleans and enjoying watching mass crowds of people (men included) wearing red dresses, taking part in an annual 'run'. I say run, but really its one big red party that people from all round the States travel miles for. After the epic 9 hour drive to Alabama we stopped for the night at oak Mountain State Park, and after a BBQ of burgers, hotdogs and potatoe salad and a gaze at literally hundreds of fire flys amongst the woodland, we headed to bed.
