There was only time for a quick stop in Brisbane as time was ticking down until our flight. Our first night there was our last night with Scouse Simon and being such an emotional time there was only one sensible solution - drinking games. After polishing off a box of goon we made our way down to the dancefloor at the oub below our accomodation where a 40ish year old woman tried her luck to get herself a younger fella for a while we thought Simon had been somehow roped in but he managed to get out of it. The next day it was up early for my trip to Australia zoo where I spent the day wandering around the variety of animals trying to spot Steve Irwin in his natural habitat unfortunately he was not to be found pissing off snakes and crocodiles that day. However it was still a good day out and moderately educational but in an Oz way (particularly the signs), I think it's for the convicts personally. Ben will have to add what he did but it was next off to Byron Bay
