Tried to follow the Champaign route, unfortunately we had not researched this as thoroughly as we should have, kept losing the route. Managed to find Vaudemange with its dozen or so champagne houses but couldn't find somewhere to stay, had a short walk among the vines as Bella needed to go. So drink these champagnes at your own peril.
