16 June 2011. Yesterday we travelled from Frankfurt, Germany, to Prague in the Czech Republic, stopping to visit the city of Nuremberg. Nuremberg looks just the way it did in the Middle Ages!
We took an evening river cruise through the old city section of Prague viewing beautifully illuminated medieval architecture.
Today we had a sight seeing tour inside the Prague castle which in modern times is used to hold the Czech parliament and government offices. Inside the castle grounds is the Cathedral of St.Vitus.
Pam and another lady in the tour group got lost at Prague castle during a toilet stop. The tour bus was due to leave, I was going to search for her, and as the bus was leaving she finally arrived. What a relief for all concerned!
In Old Town we saw the impressive astronomical clock which indicates not only time but name days for the Czechs.
The image shows Amanda and I in front of one of the Prague trams.

Frank Very good, Mike. You are looking very touristy. Better watch the pot without exercise!
