Today was spent traveling from Paris to London via the ferry from Calais to Dover. Time in the evening to catch the London production of "Lion King" at the Lyceum theatre. We all thought the Melbourne production was superior with the props, acting and singing performances better. Sometime you have to leave home to appreciate what you have!

Yesterday, 12 June, we had a full day in London. Weather was wet and cold but we made the best of it. Travelled in an open top double decker bus. Saw Trafalgar square and Piccadilly circus. Impressive grand buildings and lots of historic statues. We had a guided tour of the Mews, Buckingham Palace, to see the royal carriages. We attend a church service at Westminster Abbey and heard a glorious choir singing. Heard Big Ben clock chime at 5 pm. Then we viewed Londo...
