This will just be a short blog entry as a response to a question my mother asked me on the phone yesterday - she would like to know what I think about India and what I have learned so far.

Hmm that is actually a very difficult question to answer. I honestly feel that I will have to answer that question later - sorry mom - but presently I really do not feel that I have had a fair and varied overview of India - as mentioned Goa is a very lazy place and I can't really judge India baded on Goa and Colva or the other touristy places we have been...

What have I learned? Well a lot, definitely. So far my life had been very protected and as you know I have not really been a person who kept up with current affairs or understood much of what happens in a society - I think i am doing better by know and there are definitely some aspects that I will pay closer attention to when I go back home - such as poverty, democracy and fair trade. I have made a promise to myself and by writing it here on my blog I will make it absolutely official and you can all help me remember this pladge: That I will not forget what I have seen and learned here and that I will get involved with NGO's when I go back home!!!! Right now Copenhagen seems more and more attractive - among other things due to the fact that Copenhagen has now become a Fair Trade city and it will be easier (and possible) to live in a more decent way over there but also most of the MS activities are over there.... Lots of choices to make. But right now I will make the choice of going back to the house and shower - have been at a market today and my clothes were drenched with sweat afterwards.
