Spent the day navigating through the Prince Christian Sound. This was a bonus side trip that the Cruise Director John set up for us. We entered the Fjord around 9:00am and cruised through it until around 4:30. We saw 6 glaciers and many ice bergs. The views were stunning. We also saw a couple of seals. There is only one settlement (Indsejling Augpilagtoq) and John made a postcard with the ship on it for each cabin. He then used one of the tenders to take the postcards to this settlement and mailed them. Carnival picked up the postage of over 2000 pounds. This post office is the northern most post office in the world! We spent much of the day on the bow of the ship enjoying the scenery and taking lots of photos.
