Our first stop today was Maguk falls. Aanother rough ride and a bit of a walk to one of the most beautiful swimming holes on the trip so far. The water was clear and refreshing.

After a nice swim we headed on, down yet another long dirt road to Gunlom Falls. We endured the hardest walk to date 2km almost straight up to the top of the falls. It was hot, sweaty and very tiring, but worth every bit of the effort. The view from the top was breathtaking. We swam in the "infinity" pool at the top of the falls before heading back down to swim at the bottom of the waterfall. The beach pool at the bottom is the location for the scene in Crocodile Dundee where we spears the fish in the water. We all sat in the water and let the little fish come up to us and nibble at our feet.

We camped the night at Kambolgie camp ground.
