Today we move onto our last stop for the trip. We headed down the road to Canberra. Stopped in at Goulburn for lunch and enjoyed seeing all the old houses (Goulburn was the first inland settlement in Australia).

Once we got to Canberra and set up, we decided to go for a drive and look around. We found our way to the Australian Mint and went in to have a look around. We saw a movie on how money is made and then looked around the factory where they make the money. The kids each made their own $1 coin to keep.

We then headed over to Parliament House and had a look outside (it was closing time so we couldn't go in). We were all surprised at the grand size of the building and how lovely the garden area is.
