NYE we made our way to Quibaree Park just next to Lavender bay. The view of the harbour bridge was great and we could just about see the opera house in the distance. Celebrations for dodge's birthday started on the evening of the 28th where Brado's hostel organised a free party bus around the city. Today Rich and I moved into Uni Halls in Randwick. I was lucky enough to have amazing views of the Sydney skyline and Randwick racecourse. We have really nice rooms with Ensuite bathrooms. There is a massive kitchen area down stairs along with a tv and sofas. First impressions very happy with our new digs.

We left Brisbane and headed back to Kings Cross and the hostel we stayed at in our first few weeks in oz. Straight away we got into apartment and job hunting. What should have been the 5th day of the test turned out to be one of the best days we've had. Firstly we were told that Ian Bell, Matt Prior and Joe Root were in subway down the road so we wandered down to say hi.
