Today was our first day of work and we were put right into it. It was so much fun though learning all the tricks of the trade, especially how to pour the perfect Guiness! It really was not as hard as we had first thought and we were having a lot of fun doing it all. We worked over the weekend and it was really busy because it was a Bank Holiday on the Monday. The Sunday was the busiest day of the year with record numbers so we were put to the test but we managed to survive while also having a great time although it was very tiring.
